Tapas #4 - Mojo loco chickpeas

Ingredients:
- Chickpeas (you could buy dried chickpeas, but get canned ones as well because you‘ll definitely forget to soak them in advance)
- Onion
- Tomato paste
- Garlic
- Apple cider vinegar
- Chili
- Olive oil
I mean, just cook it. You could of course also turn the tomato paste, garlic, apple cider vinegar and olive oil into mojo rojo first and then add it to the cooked chickpeas.
This goes great with chimichurri for some added freshness or chorizo if you wanna go to savorytown.
